If you’re an educator, chances are you didn’t enter this field to spend most of you day managing disruptive behavior, feelings stuck, or wondering if you’re doing enough.<\/span><\/h4>\n

Yet for many teachers, behavior has started to overshadow the very thing that brought them into the classroom in the first place: teaching, connecting, and watching students grow.<\/span><\/h4>\n

I see that every day.<\/span><\/h4>\n

My name is Nicheyta and I support educators as they navigate challenging behavior with practical tools and realistic strategies that work in real classrooms.<\/span><\/h4>\n

I\u2019m a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and my work is shaped by hands-on experience across a wide range of ages and settings. I\u2019ve worked with students ages 2-18 in homes, preschools, and public school classrooms. I\u2019ve also served as a behavior interventionist, director of an alternative learning program, and state-level behavior specialist supporting students with intensive behavior needs across multiple districts.<\/span><\/h4>\n

Those experiences matter because they\u2019ve shown me one consistent truth: educators need behavior support that makes sense in the moment, not just on paper.<\/span><\/h4>\n

There is often a gap between behavior research and what actually feels doable during a busy school day. That gap is where my work lives.<\/span><\/h4>\n

I believe behavior support should feel supportive, not overwhelming, with clear, realistic strategies without asking teachers to overhaul everything they are already doing.<\/span><\/h4>\n

Everything I create is designed to be practical, easy to understand, and ready to use. The goal is not perfection. The goal is progress. When educators feel supported and equipped, behavior becomes more manageable, and teaching can take center stage again.<\/span><\/h4>\n

I see my role as a partner and a steady source of support. Someone who helps you make sense of behavior, respond with confidence, and keep moving forward, even on hard days.<\/span><\/h4>\n

If behavior has been getting in the way of the teaching you love, you\u2019re not alone. And you don\u2019t have to figure this out on your own.<\/span><\/h4>\n
