Behavior Intervention

You didn’t become an educator to spend your day managing behavior.

You didn’t become an educator to spend your day managing constant disruptions, putting out fires, or feeling like behavior takes over everything else. But for many teachers, that is exactly what is happening.

That is where I can help.

I create practical behavior tools and strategies that help you navigate challenging behavior with less guesswork and more confidence. The goal is simple. Behavior does not run the classroom, and you can get back to focusing on instruction, connection, and learning.

I’m here to support you with practical tools and clear strategies, so you feel more confident responding to behavior and can focus on teaching again.

No fluff.  No unrealistic expectations.

You do not have to choose between managing behavior and being the teacher you want to be. With the right support, you can do both.

We can make behavior better together.

About Me

Hi, I’m Keta.

I support educators as they navigate challenging behavior in real classrooms with real students.

I’m a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who believes behavior support should feel doable, supportive, and grounded in what really works in classrooms. Everything I create is designed to be realistic and easy to implement.

I believe educators deserve behavior support that helps them feel more confident, not more overwhelmed.

If behavior has been getting in the way of the teaching you love, you’re in the right place.

Reviews

Structured Break Routine

I love this! It helps my students to self-monitor themselves. We use this in our calming corner. They have the option to pick how long they need. Then they know to set the timer, and to make sure they come out when the timer ends.”

Hands-on Coping Visual

“I love these! So great to use with little ones for SEL lessons. I use these daily as our opening to the lesson as a fun, interactive way to practice coping skills and get ready to work.”

First/Then Board with Tokens

“These first/then boards are ‘all-in-one’ and are helpful in managing both items students need to complete/finish, but also their token board and reinforcers!”
