Hi, I’m Keta, The Behavior Bestie!

If you’re an educator, chances are you didn’t enter this field to spend most of your day managing disruptive behavior, feeling stuck, or wondering if you’re doing enough.

Yet for many teachers, behavior has started to overshadow the very thing that brought them into the classroom in the first place: teaching, connecting, and watching students grow.

I see that every day.

My name is Keta, and I support educators as they navigate challenging behavior with practical tools and realistic strategies that work in real classrooms.

I’m a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and my work is shaped by hands-on experience across a wide range of ages and settings. I’ve worked with students ages 2-18 in homes, preschools, and public school classrooms. I’ve also served as a behavior interventionist and as the director of an alternative learning program supporting students with intensive behavior needs.

Those experiences matter because they’ve shown me one consistent truth: educators need behavior support that makes sense in the moment, not just on paper.

There is often a gap between behavior research and what actually feels doable during a busy school day. That gap is where my work lives.

I believe behavior support should feel supportive, not overwhelming. It should help educators feel more confident, not more confused. And it should offer clear, realistic strategies without asking teachers to overhaul everything they are already doing.

Everything I create is designed to be practical, easy to understand, and ready to use. The goal is not perfection. The goal is progress. When educators feel supported and equipped, behavior becomes more manageable, and teaching can take center stage again.

I see my role as a partner and a steady source of support. Someone who helps you make sense of behavior, respond with confidence, and keep moving forward, even on hard days.

If behavior has been getting in the way of the teaching you love, you’re not alone. And you don’t have to figure this out on your own.

I’m glad you’re here.

My Mission

I equip educators with practical, classroom-ready behavior tools that help teachers focus on teaching and support students in learning.
